Joining Maplewood,
Step by Step

Enrolling at Maplewood starts with a visit. Come and see the rooms, meet the educators, and ask us anything. Everything after that is straightforward, and we will guide you through it.

  • Step 1. Book a tour and come and see us
    Call us on +971 50 640 9971 or send an enquiry through the contact form, and we will arrange a time that suits you. Tours take about 30 minutes. You are welcome to bring your child along, and most families find it helps.
  • Step 2. Meet the educators and see the rooms
    On your visit you will see the classrooms and outdoor spaces, meet the team who would care for your child, and talk through the daily routine. This is the best moment to ask about settling in, group sizes, meals, and anything else on your mind.
  • Step 3. Choose your programme and schedule
    Together we will find the right stage for your child - Toddler, Preschool, Kindergarten or Pre-K - and the schedule that fits your family, whether that is a half day from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM or a full day from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
  • Step 4. Complete registration
    We will send you the registration form and the fee details for your chosen programme. Once the form is returned and your place is confirmed, we will agree a start date with you.
  • Step 5. Settling in
    Starting nursery is a big change, so we take it gently. We will plan short early sessions and build up as your child grows comfortable, and we will keep you updated throughout the first days.
  • What you will need to bring
    Families joining a nursery in Abu Dhabi are usually asked for a copy of the child's passport and residence visa, Emirates ID, birth certificate, an up-to-date vaccination record, and passport-sized photographs. We will confirm the exact list for your child when you register.
